We are committed to playing our part in the effort to limit global warming to 1.5°C, aligning our operations and supply chain decisions with that target. From sourcing materials responsibly to reducing our carbon footprint across manufacturing and logistics, we're working to ensure our growth doesn't come at the planet's expense. We believe meaningful climate action starts with accountability, and we're committed to measuring, reporting, and improving our impact year over year.

We believe that we have a duty to actively seek out the truth of our impact not just within the four walls of our office, but within our whole supply chain. This is why we require our suppliers to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct, and agree to audits by responsible sourcing platform Sedex.

We carefully consider the wording on our job ads when hiring, and will only ask applicants their wage expectations after first presenting the wage scale available for the role.
