What type of products do you accept for recycling?
We’re willing to accept any kind of metal hardware; brass, stainless steel, aluminium or copper. We don’t accept hardware made of plastic, wood or any other material types at present.
We also accept electronic products — lights switches, plug sockets and lighting — that may contain mixed metals and plastics.

Do I need to have an order number to recycle my hardware?
Yes. For now, this is a service we only offer to customers who have shopped with us.
-
Do I need to pay for postage when sending hardware for recycling?
No. Provided you have an order number from a recent Plank Hardware purchase, you can create a shipping label for free via our returns portal.
